The clean, tangy scent of chlorine sinking into your skin, surrounding you, latching onto the sweet waves of water that strung past you like thick, cool wind. The burst of strength and resilience that brings you through it, fights it, and then embraces it.
Free. Water. They go hand in hand. Haruka could never get sick of hearing these two melodious words spoken through mind and tongue.
As his eyes, blue as the liberty he so strived for, shone and glimmered for the chance to feel it around him again, the whistles and whoops of those surrounding him brought back the stinging reality.
Iwatobi had already completed their relay.
It was a shame, for he wanted to continue to relish in his beloved water, but alas, there they stood up in the bleachers. The team had had a particularly good run this time around, and stayed to watch the other teams until the end in their good spirits. Even being deprived of swimming for this window in time didn't put a damper on Haruka's good mood.

"I'm being careful (Name), no need to worry." Ike replied as he slowly made his way up.
"Are you guys doing okay down there?" You heard Link ask and you looked back to him.
"Yeah, we're doing fine! Why do you ask?"
"Well, you two are taking so long, I thought maybe you got lost down there.." You rolled your eyes at that, knowing he was obviously just joking.
Once you both made it out of the basement, you moved back and let Ike walk past you, then you reached over and shut the door and started to follow him outside. He brought the box over to the table where you would be setting off the fireworks and sat it down.
"Okay, guys." You turned to all of the smashers, "No messing around with the fireworks, and while we're setting them off you have to keep your distance, no one needs to get hurt. Now, take your seats. Me and Ike will set them off." You reached into the box and pull

"Enough, idiot! You've been doing that all day! It's seriously annoying!" He growled, sending his twin an annoyed look.
"Heh...Sorry." Pit rubbed the back of his with a sheepish grin.
"Come on, there's no need for hitting." You said as you walked by them, putting up some decorations.
"Apparently, words don't work because I've been telling him to shut up all day!" Dark Pit replied, crossing his arms.
You signed, turning to them both. "Dark Pit, no hitting." You said then turned to Pit, "Pit, that's actually pretty annoying so stop it, okay?"
"Understood, I'll stop!" Pit smiled.
"Good. Now, I'm going back to decorating. No fighting okay guys?"
"Okay!" Pit chirped, being as bubbly as ever.
You looked to Dark Pit now, who had his arms crossed.
When he noticed you looking at him with a stern look, he sighed.
"Fine, okay I won
Pit x Reader: Secret Guardian"Well, I'm sorry-" There's a beep, and a girl around sixteen pulls her (f/c) phone away from her before groaning and putting it up. Of course her over-dramatic friend would freak out about (Y/n) being ten minutes late to an 'important' party three weeks from now.Pit x Reader: Secret Guardian by Greenzebra00
'Man, can this day get any worse?' (Y/n) sighs as she futilely tries to keep her (h/l), (curly/wavy/straight) (h/c) hair out of her face. Alas, the wind is relentless. She lets out a small growl, finally grabbing her hair and putting it over her shoulder.
(Y/n) lets out a sigh as the wind eases up, turning into a gentle breeze. She closes her (e/c) eyes and opens them again, glad that it decided to show mercy, even if it's only for a second. She hopes that maybe she can walk home without too much trouble-
'Oh f*** me!' (Y/n) thought as her foot gets caught in a crack on the sidewalk, causing her let out a small yelp and begin to fall. She shuts her eyes tightly, preparing for the impact that is sure to come.
